• Processing: 2–5 business days.
• Delivery Estimates: U.S. 3–7 business days.
• Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS (selected by destination).

3. Tracking & Issues

• Tracking: Shipment confirmation email with tracking number (updates in 24–48 hours).
• Missing/Damaged Items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery (include order/tracking number/photos)—resolve in 7 days.

4. Address Accuracy

• Confirm address before payment—no redirects post-shipping; incorrect addresses = reshipping fees.
