Refund policy

1. Eligibility

  • Window: 30 days from delivery; items unused, in original packaging, with tags.
  • Proof: Valid order number required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products, final sale items, hygiene items (e.g., earrings), gift cards.

3. How to Return

  1. Email support@micoson.store with order number, photos, and reason.
  2. Approved requests get pre-paid label (U.S. only)—ship within 7 days.

4. Refunds

  • Processed in 3 days of receipt; refunded to original payment method ( 5 days to appear). No restocking fees—excludes original shipping (unless our error).

5. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Contact within 3 days (photos required)—free replacement/refund (no return needed).
